Rose Edwards, Owner

For Rose, home improvement began after a career in sales & marketing, when she met her mentors in the design industry. They convinced her the talent and education she already had would serve her well in the design business. After training with them for several years and studying through NKBA courses, she was sought out by the EXPO Design Center. She offers more than 20 years of design and project management experience and has spent the past 14 years as a business owner in Yorba Linda, California. She served as lead designer on the 5-Star Design Council at the EXPO Design Center in Anaheim. Rose considers it an honor when customers entrust her with their project. Her kitchens have been selected for the “Great Kitchens of Orange County” tour benefiting CHOC Children’s Hospital. She strives to provide great design, using exquisite fixtures, at realistic prices. She supports her community through various volunteer work and philanthropic services throughout Yorba Linda.

Renee Malkemus, Design Assistant

Renee is a strong, intelligent advocate dedicated to keeping your project moving along through the planning and installation process. She is great at doing any necessary research to answer questions regarding your project and resolve any issues that may arise during installation. With a background in tile design and estimation, she is an essential element in the success of each project planned by Towne and Country Design.

It was a great experience! A full remodel of the kitchen included knocking down a non-bearing wall to add a 10 foot island and hard wood flooring through out the house. The job took 9 weeks and they worked straight showing up everyday and leaving the house clean when they left. Work was not started until all cabinets and appliances were here which kept the project on time and less disruption of our lives.

We were so satisfied that we are now ready to have our master bath and bedroom done and we just called Rose, no need to look any further!
